DELIVERY INFORMATION
To UK addresses:
- Orders under £50.00 have a charge of £3.50 for
delivery. Orders of £50.01 and over have free postage.
- Orders will be dispatched by 1st Class royal mail delivery,
large orders will be sent by DHL.
- Items ordered on a weekday will normally be dispatched the
same day.
- Out of stock items will be placed on Back Order and supplied
as soon as possible.
If this is not acceptable we will happily refund the cost
of the missing item(s).
Rest of the World:
- Delivery outside the United Kingdom will be by standard
airmail and charged at cost. To facilitate this we will add
a nominal £10 charge to your order then refund any difference
to the credit card or Paypal account from which the payment
was made. Refunds of this nature will normally be made within
24 hours of dispatch.
- Whilst Botanical Health ltd will gladly ship products to
countries outside the United Kingdom, we cannot be held responsible
for local regulations which may affect the importing of health
products into your country. All such shipments are therefore
at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility
to pay any local duties, release fees etc. Also if any specific
requirements exist, such as triplicate invoices, specific
notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent
on the customer to pass that information to us when placing
their order.
