This strong, stimulating formula is ideal for sluggish bowels and for those prone to constipation. It is popular among people who would otherwise have a bowel movement less than once every 2 days, helping to keep them "regular”. This formula should not be used for those with colitis and severely irritated bowel; those people should just take the Clay & Slippery Elm Powder. Not to be taken during pregnancy and it is recommended that there are taken for short-term use.

GINGER & THYME CAPSULES

This formula is based on Dr. Christopher's lower bowel formula. These capsules are a much milder alternative to the Senna & Cascara Capsules and can be used over a longer period to maintain a healthy digestive tract and can be taken for maintenance after a Bowel Cleanse. These capsules are usually used by those who have at least a bowel movement every 2 days. Can be taken regularly and can strengthen and normalise bowel function.

CLAY & SLIPPERY ELM POWDER

whole flax seed, apple fruit pectin, bentonite clay, psyllium seed and husk, slippery elm inner bark, marshmallow root, fennel seed & activated willow charcoal.

 

This soothing formula is a strong purifier and intestinal vacuum. It can draw out old impacted faecal debris, toxins, poisons, heavy metals and chemical residues. It is naturally mucilaginous and will soften old hardened faecal matter for easy removal. Usually combined with the Senna & Cascara Capsules, or Ginger & Thyme Capsules (see bowel cleanse 1 & 2) but, may be used on its own and it makes an excellent remedy for inflammation of both stomach and intestines and can assist recovery from diarrhoea or gastric upsets.

FENNEL & GINGER FORMULA

Fluid Tincture extract of:
Sweet Fennel Seed, Ginger rhizome, Peppermint leaf and essential oil Meadowsweet, Gentian & Liquorice.
