TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE

All orders are accepted subject only to these Terms and Conditions which are not variable by any individual or party acting in any capacity whatsoever for or on behalf of themselves or Botanical Health ltd (hereinafter called ‘The Company’.

Contract: A purchase made from The Company (whether made online, by telephone, using the Company’s order form, by written instruction or other means) shall be deemed as the contract in which the customer acting as the purchaser agrees these terms and conditions.
Specifications: Due to constant product development and the availability of quality herbs on the world market the Company reserves the right to alter the specification and formula of any product without prior notice.
Prices: The price is in pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Carriage: All delivered goods are subject to a charge for postage and packaging unless waived by the Company. Delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be made via airmail and charged at cost.
Guarantee: Should any of our products be faulty or defective we will gladly exchange them at no extra cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Policy
UK Only: The contract to supply may be cancelled by giving notification to us in writing (including email and facsimile) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, provided the goods are unopened and unused. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 21 days of cancellation of the contract. Except for faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by the customer. Failure to return the goods within the period stated will result in us recovering the goods and charging the customer for the cost of doing so. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until returned and any loss or damage will be charged for. Monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Rest of the World: We will be happy to refund the purchase price for any product, provided it is returned to us within one calendar month and is unopened and unused. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer.
Products: The products supplied are natural products subject to a degree of variability. Liquid products may develop sediment after standing which is quite natural and should be mixed back in by shaking before each use. Store in a cool dark place. Dry products, teas, powders and the like should be stored in cool dark airtight containers.
Out of Stock: At the discretion of the Company products which are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on Back Order and supplied at a later date, otherwise the cost of the missing item(s) will be refunded in full.

If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and consult your Doctor or a qualified herbalist if symptoms persist.

• We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared void for unfairness pursuant to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract shall only continue to bind the parties if it is capable of continuing in existence without the unfair terms.
• These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. To protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you are uncertain as to your rights or want any explanation about our terms and conditions please write or telephone our customer service centre at the address provided.
• You will become the owner of your purchases once we have received your full payment for such purchases.

No permission is given in respect of the use of any brand names, product names, trademarks or their respective owners, and such use may constitute infringement of their owner's rights.
